1. What is the quality of the order?
The Little Connection has a variety of options fitting every budget and quality requirements. Quality means different things to different people and we strive to make sure you know what you are getting with accurate photos of the actual item. If you receive something that doesn't match the actual photos. We take this very seriously.
2. Do I need an account to make a purchase?
No. Although we would love for you to create an account and join our mailing list, we understand this is not for everyone so we allow our customers to checkout as a guest.
3. What payment method do I need to use?
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Amazon pay, Shop Pay, Sezzle, Zip Pay, Klarna, bank transfer, and we even accept your favorite cryptocurrency.
4. When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped according to the time frame mentioned in the item description. Some items will ship in 1 - 2 days and arrive quickly while other items may take 2 - 3 weeks. These items identified on the site. If you have questions, please contact us.
5. How can I track my order?
Please log into your customer account and then navigate to your orders, or you can log onto our website or app and click the chat bubble and then click the option to track your order. We also have a help center, which can be accessed from the bottom of our website banner page.
6. Can I request refund?
Yes, we do have a refund policy. However, not all items are eligible for refund.
7. What's your return policy?
Returns are accepted and refund will be given as store credit or to your original payment method. Please see our return policy for more information.
8. Can I edit my order?
You have up to 24 hours from the time of your order to edit or cancel it. Please contact us by email or web chat, Facebook, Instagram message to accomplish this.
9. Can I exchange an item?
We typically do not honor exchanges. Simply request a return and opt to receive your refund as a gift card, then re-purchase the desired item with your gift card/store received after the return is processed.
10. Do you have discounts?
Yes. Most times our store has ongoing seasonal promotions and discounts, which can be found on our homepage. For information about wholesale discounts, please contact us directly.
