OUR SHIPPING POLICY

The Little Connection is a supplier/distributor. We are constantly receiving bulk shipments from the factories we are partnered with.  For any questions about our policies, please email us at support@thelittleconnection.com or via website chat.

When will I receive my item?

Delivery time = Processing time + Transit time

 

Processing time

Once your order is confirmed your items will be prepared for shipping. Order processing time is the time it takes to prepare your order for shipping. Offsite products can take up to 10 business days for processing and products in our Atlanta warehouse can take up to 4 business days to process. Note, you will generally not receive a tracking number during the order processing periodDo not panic. You will receive your tracking number later when it is shipped to you.

*Estimated number of business days it takes until you will receive your order after placing it on the website. Orders containing a combination of offsite and Atlanta warehouse items will default to the offsite shipping timelines. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US holidays. This time includes processing and in-transit time for your order.

Rush Shipping is upon request only if you need a particular item by a certain date. Please contact us at the time of ordering at support@thelittleconnection.com and we will advise you whether or not we can meet the deadline prior to ordering. 

Email us at support@thelittleconnection.com for a link to items available in our Atlanta warehouse. All other items are offsite and will arrived as shown above in delivery time table.

International: We offer shipping to Canada, UK, and most other countries. 

The Little Connection is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes or any other charges.

 

Delivery policy

If your package is lost or missing, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a store credit or reship. The Little Connection does not guarantee responsibility for packages that have been reported as “Delivered” by the carrier and will review on a case by case basis.

Delivery claims

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

The Little Connection does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Out of stock items

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.

Reserved rights regarding shipping

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our customers, The Little Connection reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

Additionally, The Little Connection reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, The Little Connection reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Non-The Little Connection items sent to our Returns Center will be discarded upon receipt.

 
Items not arriving on time
 
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for items not arriving on time, however, we are glad to accept a qualifying return. Please check our Returns Policy for more information about if you are eligible for a return.
