Return Policy

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've updated our return policy and made the return process super easy. 

 

How Long Do I Have To Make A Return?

You have a maximum of 30 days from the date you received your item to make a return. Your return package must be postmarked within 30 days after the date received. Returns postmarked after 30 days from the date received will not be accepted.

 

Do I Have To Pay For Shipping When I Return Something?

The amount required to return an item depends on the type of return. Below are the most common return scenarios and the associated fees. We reserve the right to handle returns on a case by case basis in certain situations.

Return Shipping is free on your 1st returned item for any order when you opt to exchange or receive your refund as a store credit.. You must use the return label (“Return Label”) we provide (See "How do I make a return?" section for details), then ship the return package postmarked within 30 days from the date received.

 

If you would like to return additional item(s) in the same order, and/or would like to receive a refund on your original payment method, you can still use the Return Label we provide, and an $8.99 shipping fee per item will be deducted from your refund.

 

Please note that any additional returns must also be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.

 

How Do I Make A Return?

  1. If you receive a wrong or damaged item (see Damaged, Defective, Incorrect items section below) or if you reside outside of the USA, email us at support@thelittleconnection.com otherwise continue to the next step. 

  2. Click the link to access our returns portal.

  3. Enter the required information to retrieve your order details

  4. Indicate the items you would like to return or exchange

  5. Choose how you would like to receive your refund and whether you want to use the prepaid return label or purchase your own return shipping label

  6. Pack your return item(s) securely, in the original package if possible, and securely tape the Return Label on the outside of your return package.

  7. Mail out the return package at the nearest carrier location. Your package must be postmarked within 30 days from the date received.

  8. Please note that no refund shall be settled unless the returned items are correctly shipped according to the respective shipping labels. If there are multiple shipping labels for more than 1 item  to be returned, please do not mix them up.

*The Return Label we provide only works if you are shipping within the US.

 

Important Notice

1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not always the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the Return Label we provide.

2. Please make sure you do not include non-TLC  items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.

 

How Do I Find The Return Label I Generated?

Check your email on file. A copy of the return label should be there. If you are unable to locate the return label, Email us at support@thelittleconnection.com for a copy return label.

 

Can I Still Return Items If They Are Worn, Damaged, Or Have The Tags Removed?

  1. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags attached and hygiene sticker (if applicable) intact.

  2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: clearance items, bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, jewelry, accessories, cosmetics, pet products, "Party Wear" (such as Halloween costumes or Christmas outfits) and any other items for which return or exchange is noted as not being supported.

  3. Free gifts or BOGO free items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  4. If any non-returnable item meeting description as per sections 1-3 above is received, no cash refund will be given. 

 

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect Items

If you have received products that are defective or you have received products different from your order, kindly follow the steps below:

1. Take a photo and video of the faulty item (As detailed as possible) and send us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

2. Explain your problem in detail.

3. Send the proof to our customer service through email - support@thelitttleconnection.com

4. Our customer service department will confirm the status of your refund within 48 hours. 

 

NOTE: Slightly different in color,  sizes of 2 - 4 cm, hanging threads or the item quality not as expected are not considered as defective items. Moreover, handmade and natural material items such as ceramics, glasses, rattan, wood, with bubbles, are not defective items due to they are all handmade and unique pieces given by mother nature.

Warranty For Electronics Item

All TLC electronics products come with a standard 60 day warranty from your date of package delivered. The warranty extended to your product does not cover accidental damages or normal wear and tear.

Ordered Not Received

Drop us an email and we will help you to check with the courier service. Sometimes, order not received maybe due to following situation:

1) Address invalid

2) Held by customs, need information from the receiver

3) Parcel arrive at post office, waiting for pickup, this situation occurs when the courier can't reach your destination/ you are not at home.

**We will not deal with the refund or resend if the tracking information shows the order is delivered or for an incorrect address.

Notes:

The USPS or UPS may attempt delivery 1-3 times according to the actual situation. If it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage in 3-7 days. Meanwhile, you need to pick up the package by yourself.

For international orders, we are not responsible for additional customs fees that may be due upon delivery. 

If at any time an order is refused or returned to the sender, we will not be responsible for lost packages and no refund will be given. 

 

Order cancellations

Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours after the order has been placed. After the 24 hour period has passed, we are not able to cancel any orders as they have already been processed. We will, however, accept a return.

The Little Connection, LLC reserves the right to cancel orders when:

  • Shipping restrictions in some places, customer service will notify you if this cancellation occurs and your fund will automatically return to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Product Out Of Stock

  • Product damaged or does not pass quality inspection in the warehouse prior to shipping out

Refunds

Refunds will be processed:

  • Immediately for canceled products.  

  • Within 48 hours of receiving notice of a defective, damaged or wrong item

  • Within 7 days after we receive your return package. 

For canceled or defective, damaged or wrong items, we will offer a free replacement or send the refund to your original payment method. 

 

For returns from within the USA, we will email you upon receipt of your returned package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method or gift card as per your request. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

 

For international orders, refunds will be processed as a discount off the next order or in some rare cases returnless refund. 

 

The original shipping fee, if any, is always non-refundable.

 

NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support at support@thelittleconnection within 180 days after your purchase date.

 

Late Refunds/ Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
