TLC Express items have SKU numbers beginning with EXP_ or TTS_ and will ship within 2 - 5 days. All other items are located in our offsite warehouse and will ship out within 7 - 10 day.
Holiday Shipping volume delays. Each year between Thanksgiving Day and December 31st, please add 4 days order processing time due to increased volume. Any item expected to arrive before December 25th should be ordered no later than December 10th or expedited no later than December 15th.
