OUR SHIPPING POLICY

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

 

When will I receive my item?

Delivery time = Processing time before shipment + Carrier transit time after shipment

 

Processing time

Order processing time is the time it takes to prepare your order for shipping which can range from 2 - 5 business days. 

Awaiting fulfillment - This is the initial order processing phase. This phase usually takes 1 day. During this time, we are performing a security and fraud check. This is also the timeframe to cancel an order if you change your mind.

Awaiting Shipment - This is the next phase after the order safely passes the fraud check. Normal duration for this phase is 1 - 5 business days. 

NOTE: you may not receive a tracking number during the order processing periodDo not panic. You will receive your tracking number after the order is processed when it is shipped to you.

*Please note that the delivery times listed above are estimates in business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and US holidays) and include both processing time of 2 - 5 days before the order ships and in-transit time after your order is placed on our website.

** During the holiday season, specifically for orders placed between Black Friday and December 31st, please anticipate potential shipping delays of 4-5 business days due to circumstances beyond our control with our carriers.

**International Shipping**

We gladly offer international shipping to Canada, the UK, and most other countries. Please note that The Little Connection is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges that may be incurred.

**Delivery Policy**

If your package is lost or missing, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date to be eligible for store credit or a reshipment. While we always aim for a smooth delivery, The Little Connection is not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, and such cases will be reviewed individually.

**Delivery Claims**

In the event of a non-delivery or if your tracking information indicates delivery but you haven't received your package, you must notify us within 10 days to initiate a claim. We will assist you in working with the shipping carrier to complete the claims process, which can take up to 30 days depending on the carrier. Please understand that The Little Connection is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier and cannot issue refunds or credits in such instances.

**Out of Stock Items**

Occasionally, an item may sell out after your order is placed. If your order contains multiple items and one or more are out of stock, we will ship the remaining items and issue a refund for the unavailable item(s) to your original payment method.

**Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping**

To protect our customers, The Little Connection reserves the right to request that customers use a matching shipping and billing address if we encounter difficulties processing an order or verifying a provided shipping address.

Additionally, The Little Connection reserves the right to limit, refuse, or cancel orders at any time due to:

* An unusual or excessive return history suggesting "wardrobing."

* An unusual or excessive return history involving items that are worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing.

* Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to limit, refuse, or reject returns for similar reasons. Any non-The Little Connection items sent to our Returns Center will be discarded upon receipt.

**Items Not Arriving On Time**

While we regret any inconvenience caused by items not arriving on the estimated delivery date, The Little Connection is not responsible for such delays. However, we are happy to accept qualifying returns. Please refer to our Returns Policy for detailed information on eligibility.
